Every loaf is made with 100% natural sourdough, without commercial yeast, additives, or preservatives. Slow fermentation develops rich aromas, a generous crust, and a flavourful crumb. Welcome! At The Green Souk, we offer a vibrant selection of fresh, organic produce, healthy groceries, eco-friendly products, and artisanal goods. We’re all about helping you live greener and healthier, with a dash of fun and community spirit!

Some are certified organic, others are not. Most come from small producers for whom organic farming is a given, far more than just an administrative formality. Some live in protected areas (mountains, oases, remote regions) where pesticides and chemical fertilizers have never been used. What matters to us is traceability. We know each producer personally, we follow up with them regularly, and we visit their farms. Their passion and natural methods are our best guarantee. In short: certification for some, unspoiled nature for others, and always a direct and transparent connection with those who cultivate the land.

Absolutely! Supporting local farmers and makers is one of our passions. Many of our fruits, veggies, and handmade products come straight from the wonderful folks in our community. It’s fresher for you and kinder to our planet!

Yes, please do! We love it when you bring your own bags, jars, or containers. It’s one more way to reduce waste and keep our community eco-friendly. Bonus points for creativity-show us your cool totes!

All our products are strictly vegetarian. We also have gluten-free options. Our flours, couscous, breads, and prepared dishes are made from ancient grains, which are naturally very low in gluten. Regarding sugar: some of our products are naturally free of added sugar. In our preparations, we use a small amount of organic cane sugar, unrefined salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
