Our rye and wheat country sourdough bread is a traditional artisan loaf, made with organic, locally sourced whole rye and wheat flours, grown without pesticides. It contains no chemical additives and is crafted using 100% natural ingredients, slowly fermented with natural sourdough starter.
The combination of rye, with its deep, rustic flavor, and whole wheat creates a dense, nourishing crumb, rich aromas, and excellent digestibility. Thanks to long sourdough fermentation, this bread has a naturally lower gluten content than industrial breads (not gluten-free).
This is truly the bread of the past—healthy, wholesome, and absolutely delicious. Perfect with cheese, soups, vegetables, or enjoyed on its own. Available at our organic grocery store in Casablanca, it reflects the values of the Moroccan organic market.
