Our country sourdough bread with olives is an authentic artisan loaf, made with organic, locally sourced whole wheat flour, carefully selected olives, and slowly fermented using natural sourdough starter. It contains no chemical additives and is made with 100% natural ingredients.
Thanks to its long sourdough fermentation, this bread is easier to digest and naturally lower in gluten than industrial breads (not gluten-free). Its hearty crumb, studded with flavorful olives, and its rustic crust evoke the bread of the past—healthy, wholesome, and deeply satisfying.
