Organic Swiss chard is a leafy vegetable known for its delicate texture and easy digestion. It can be used in soups, cooked dishes, quiches, or savory tarts, making it a versatile ingredient for everyday cooking.
Grown at the Dar Bouazza farm, managed through agroecological practices for over 20 years, this swiss chard is locally produced with respect for natural cycles and soil health. The farm is run by Abdellah, a committed farmer trained by Terre et Humanisme, who grows a wide variety of organic vegetables throughout the year.
Swiss chard stems can be cooked in salted boiling water or gently stewed, while the leaves can be blanched or sautéed in olive oil. It naturally pairs with other organic vegetables, especially Spinach, Salads, and Broccoli, for fresh and seasonal meals.
