Grown at the Dar Bouazza farm, managed through agroecological practices for over 20 years, this cauliflower is produced by Abdellah, trained by Terre et Humanisme, who cultivates a wide variety of organic vegetables throughout the year. It pairs naturally with other organic vegetables, especially Cabbage and Spinach.
